REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:
All participants are required to register ONLINE for all weeks that he or she would like to attend. A 15% deposit of all weeks that camper will be attending is due upon registration. FINAL BALANCES are due by Monday on the prior week that the camper will be attending, and you will receive a reminder email. Secure payments are ONLY being processed through PayPal (Credit Card or Debit Card.) Cash and checks are no longer being accepted. If you do not have access to a computer, you may come to the front office and use our tablet to complete registration and payment.
Refund requests or changes in dates must be submitted in writing to Stephanie Taylor at firstname.lastname@example.org. Vesta requires a $35 cancellation fee for all full weeks.
Morning drops off starts at: 7:30AM. Afternoon pick up by 5:30PM
ABOUT OUR STAFF:
All our counselors are CPR/First Aid Certified and have a demonstrated excitement for spending time with children. Our Assistant Amenity Manager and returning Camp Director are excited to WOW you with this year’s themes and activities!
A valid ID will be required upon pick-up and must match one of the names listed by you on the Parent Pick-Up Authorization Form. If picking-up your child early, please make sure you sign them out with a staff member. Pick up and sign out will occur in the camp room with one our camp counselors or our camp director.
All campers are required to complete a swim test. The test will be conducted on Mondays and will only need to be completed once if participating in multiple camp weeks. If your camper does not pass, they will be required to wear a swim vest. They can re-test any number of times but can only take the test once per day.
No electronics or cell phones will be allowed during the camp day. Please send your camper to camp with sunscreen (if needed), lunch, a water bottle and a snack(s) and a mask (if desired). Also, sandals will only be allowed at the pool. Only closed-toe sneakers may be worn throughout the week otherwise. Fidget spinners, tradeable cards, and any toys from home are prohibited, so please leave them at home.

We are processing all registrations through Jumbula which offers secure checkout through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to use this, you may checkout as a guest then input your credit/debit card accordingly.

Please scroll to the bottom of the webpage and click on any day on the calendar to bring you to the sign-in page. At this time you will either need to create a new user account or log in to your existing Jumbula account.
Once you’re signed in, you can now click on the desired weeks you would like to register for. Please fully complete the registration form and all prompts for payment. Once you have completed all registration & payment requirements, you will receive an email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please log back into your account and check your cart to ensure you have fully submitted your payment.
Reminder: At any time, you would like to unenroll your camper and get a refund you must write a written request to Stephanie Taylor at email@example.com. DO NOT REQUEST THROUGH PAYPAL OR JUMBULA.
